Today, that foundation lives in the people who built it. Quahog Creative is led by three lifelong Rhode Islanders who each bring a distinct background, a deep community network, and a shared belief that the best work happens when strategy meets genuine human connection. Together, they've spent decades producing events, building brands, supporting local businesses, and cultivating the kind of relationships that don't show up on a résumé, but show up in everything we do.

Ed Brady is a social entrepreneur, producer, and lifelong Cranston resident dedicated to cultivating opportunity through collaboration.
With Lupe Aguilar and their creative team, Ed co-founded and established Rhode Island’s RI Night Market, Garden City Farmers Market, annual music festivals, Character Con, Kids Con, and numerous cultural events and pop-ups that have become staples in the Ocean State.
His mission is rooted in action — bringing people back together, protecting and elevating the arts, and helping create sustainable local jobs through strategic partnerships and connected networks.
Ed works actively with community leaders across Rhode Island to build bridges, encourage collaboration over division, and grow a more equitable, opportunity-driven future for the next generation.
He believes small businesses are the backbone of our state — and when supported properly, they can power both culture and economy.
Lupe Aguilar

Lupe Aguilar is a community builder and event producer rooted in Cranston, Rhode Island. Raised on neighborhood hospitality and big-hearted creativity, he channels that spirit into gatherings that spark connection, celebrate local pride, and elevate the people who make Rhode Island special.
Through Quahog Creative, Lupe partners with a creative team to produce and organize experiences that spotlight restaurants, food trucks, brewers, bakers, makers, and artists across the state.
His work blends storytelling, hospitality, and cultural production — creating events that feel less like marketing and more like moments people remember.
For Lupe, community isn’t a buzzword.

Dayna Mancini-Simmons

Dayna Mancini-Simmons is a brand strategist and marketing architect with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
A graduate of Providence College with a degree in Marketing, and trained in graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design, Dayna blends strategic thinking with a sharp design eye — ensuring brands don’t just function well, but feel intentional and elevated.
She has served as Director of Marketing in both the real estate industry and large-scale hospitality operations, giving her hands-on experience building brands inside complex, high-volume environments. For the past five years, she has led her own agency, Obsessed With Success, where she has helped entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and mission-driven business owners refine their voice, elevate their positioning, and implement strategic marketing systems that drive sustainable growth.
Her expertise spans brand development, messaging, CRM architecture, website strategy, social media ecosystems, paid advertising, and digital growth frameworks. But at the core of her work is something deeper: she loves uncovering a client’s story, identifying what makes them distinct, and transforming that narrative into powerful customer experiences that create loyalty, momentum, and measurable impact.

Taylor Brady is a multidisciplinary creative and visual storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of design, culture, and community. As Creative Director for the Rhode Island Night Market, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual and experiential identity of one of the region’s most vibrant cultural gatherings. She leads creative direction across festival branding, design assets, and audience facing experiences.
At Quahog Creative, Taylor brings a sharp eye for design and an intuitive understanding of brand storytelling to every project. She is a driving creative force behind the visual identity of The Search, crafting pitch decks, marketing materials, and digital assets that elevated the production’s presence and resonance. Her work blends clean, intentional aesthetics with emotional clarity translating ideas into visuals that connect deeply with audiences and partners alike.
Beyond the design work, Taylor is also a confident on camera personality, bringing energy, authenticity, and relatability to content that bridges creative vision with real human connection.
